Every class feels like play! Kids build fitness without even realising it, all while having fun with friends in a positive and encouraging environment.
Led by qualified CrossFit coaches, each class is 35 minutes long and tailored to each child’s ability. Our goal is to help kids fall in love with being active and give them the foundation for a healthy, confident future — both inside and outside the gym.
